New Year

Quote
"The Old Year has gone. Let the dead past bury its own dead. The New Year has taken possession of the clock of time. All hail the duties and possibilities of the coming twelve months!"
Edward Payson Powell

My Thoughts
We all occasionally dwell on past mistakes, failures, and regrets. We all sometimes find ourselves asking "Why?", "Why did this happen to me?", or "Why did he/she do that to me?". It's great to learn from mistakes, but do not let mistakes prevent you from moving forward. Do not fall into the trap of over analyzing your past.
Recognize that mistakes were made, however now it is time to look to the future, to move on. It's time to let go of the past, and start imagining the future you want to live.
I encourage all of you to forgive yourself, and forgive those that harmed you. This will allow you to truly start heading in the direction of your dreams.

Until Next Time....

Fear

Here is an awesome quote:
"The greatest mistake we make is living in constant fear that we will make one. "
-John Maxwell

My Thoughts
Fear is a very common thing, especially when we are attempting to make a change in our life. Usually, the bigger the change, the greater the fear. This fear can, at times, seem overwhelming. Many people let this stop them, they give up before even trying.
The greatest way to conquer your fear is to face it. One other thing to realize is that all of us make mistakes. It's learning from those mistakes that allows us to grow. I encourage all of you to face your fears, learn from your mistakes, and live your life.

Until next time...

Security

Here is something to think about:
"Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure or nothing."
-Helen Keller

My Opinion
We all must break out of our comfort zones in order for change to take place. This can be quite scary at times, and obviously will be uncomfortable. The bigger the change, usually the more uncomfortable you will feel. So many of us often get stuck doing something in life that we dislike, or even hate. If you really think about, we stay because we feel safe, secure, and comfortable. If you dislike where you are currently at in your life, I urge you to think about what is it that you really want? What is it that you are truly passionate about? After finding the answer, go out and start living your adventure.

Until next time....

Goals

A quote to ponder:
“The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark.”
-Michelangelo

My Opinion
What a great quote, although even worse is not having an aim or goal at all. If we do choose a goal, so many of us often set goals that we know how to achieve. This is not the main purpose of a goal, and this can often lead to dissatisfaction. The main purpose of a goal is to stretch you beyond your current limitations; to pull out of yourself something that you did not even know you possessed.
I encourage all of you to set yearlong goals that will scare and excite you at the same time.

Until next time....

Learning

Here is a quote to think about this week:
"Smooth seas do not make skillful sailors"
-African Proverb

My opinion:
We all face tough situations in our life. Sometimes it may seem like no matter what we do nothing seems to work.
However, instead of asking ourselves "Why is this happening to me?", let us try to look at what these situations are teaching us. All of our greatest experiences and all of our worst experiences have made us into the people we are today. Remember, life is about growth and learning from good and bad experiences.
What can you learn today?

Until next time....

Change

Here is a quote to think about:
"Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself."
-Leo Tolstoy

My Opinion
I think this is something we all can forget at times. All of us have these big ideas: To end poverty, stop world hunger, put an end to racism, etc...But we so often forget to look at ourselves.

Change begins with you.

If you want to end poverty, does it make sense for you to remain in poverty and try to change it?
Or would a better approach to be lift yourself out of poverty and be an example to those around you?

Here is a quick story that I hope helps illustrate my point.

One of my close relatives has been in and out of jail for the last six years. He was heavily involved in drug dealing. I used to try and reason with him.
A few years ago, I would tell him about how much I was making (which was a very decent amount) and he would say "So, I can make that in half the time it takes you.".
He was right, he could do that. He didn't care that he was getting people hooked on all sorts of things.

The last time I was back in the US, I visited him in prison. I hadn't seen him in over six years. It was certainly emotional.
This time, I talked to him from a different angle.

When he found out that I walked away from an incredible job to pursue a dream. He respected that. When I told him the goal for One Amazing Life. He thought I must have gone crazy. He didn't think it would be possible to achieve such a large goal.
I did some coaching with him on the phone when he was released from prison.
During that time he realized that anything is possible.

For the last six months he has been working hard to change his life. He now sees that he is in control of his future. Do I know what will happen in his future? No, of course not, only he can determine that.
The person I am talking about in this story is my younger brother.

What is the point of this story?
When I tried to talk to him before, he wasn't relating to me very well. The fact was he wouldn't have been able to get the job I had. Therefore, he was perfectly fine making as much money as me illegally.
It wasn't until I changed, until I walked away from the normal path, that he realized maybe he could change.

In conclusion, if you are tired of your current situation, stop sitting around complaining - I know this can be difficult for all of us.
Get up, get out, and do something about it.
Change.

Until next time...

Action

A quote to think about:
Good thoughts are no better than good dreams, unless they be executed.
-Emerson

My Opinion
We all sometimes talk a lot about things that we want to do or things that we would love to change. We really do seem so serious. In the end, it all comes down to action. Sitting around for hours every day, week after week, without taking action will get you nowhere. However, after you decide that you really want to change, if you just start taking small action steps every day progressing towards that change, where will you be in a year?

Until next time...

Becoming Great

Here is a quote to think about this week:
"A man can be as great as he wants to be. If you believe in yourself and have the courage, the determination, the dedication, the competitive drive and if you are willing to sacrifice the little things in life and pay the price for the things that are worthwhile, it can be done."
- Vince Lombardi

My opinion:
You really can be as great as you want to be. The first step is making that decision - the decision to be great. If you are tired of living in mediocrity, decide that you want to change. Of course the decision itself will take courage. It may not be an easy decision to make. We all sometimes get comfortable where we are. So first make the decision, after that comes the belief in yourself, then everything else that Vince Lombardi mentions above.

Until next time...

Decision

Here is a wonderful quote that I wanted to share:
It does not take much strength to do things, but it requires great strength to decide on what to do.
-Elbert Hubbard

My opinion:
This is such a great quote. I really do believe it oftentimes takes more effort deciding on what to do than actually doing it.
How many times do we all sit around and ponder "Should I do this or Shouldn't I do this?".
Indecisiveness will kill your dreams. The ability to make decisions quickly is a habit. The more you do it the easier it becomes.
What can really help you with making decisions is having a big goal. Because when the "Should I or Shouldn't I?" question arises you can ask yourself "If I do this will it move me closer to my goal?" and if the answer is yes, you do it.

Until Next time...

Sacrifice

Here is an excellent quote:
"The important thing is this: to be able at any moment to sacrifice what we are for what we could become."
-Charles Du Bos

My opinion:
What are you willing to give up to achieve your dreams?
If you look at the lives of those that are extremely successful they have all sacrificed something to attain their greater goal. Some have even had give up their houses/apartments and sleep in the back of their cars.

Some things that you will most likely have to sacrifice are:
1. Time - this may mean less time spent hanging out with friends, less time watching TV, more time reading books, more time spent thinking.
2. Money - not only watching your spending but also spending your money on things that will help you progress toward your goal.
3. Material Things - this may include temporarily giving up your nice apartment to move into a smaller one so you can have a better office (ties back into money). The same could be said for your car.

I encourage everyone to once again think about:
1. How bad do you want your goal? - be honest here, rate yourself on scale from 1-10; 1 being not too much, 10 being you absolutely want it.
2. What are you willing to sacrifice in order to achieve that goal?

Until next time...

Thinking

Do you think?

What I mean here is do you just go through the motions of life, not really thinking?
Maybe you drive the same way to the office everyday and sometimes you "space out" and when you arrive you think "wow, I don't even remember the drive".

In 2006, I stopped and had a thought "Where do I see myself in five years?". The only answer I could come up with was I don't know. I had no clue.

This is when I decided that I really needed to think about my future. So gradually I spent more time thinking. It took a while but I eventually made some serious changes in my life.
This is what lead me to be where I am today and I have never felt so alive.

I would encourage all of you to go somewhere where you will not be disturbed and think.
You can start out small, maybe ten minutes a day and work you way up.

Until next time...

Practice

Here is another outstanding quote:
"An ounce of practice is worth more than tons of preaching."
-Gandhi

My opinion:
The reason I chose this quote was because I just watched a performance of "Phantom of the Opera" tonight.
As I was sitting there, I started thinking about how much time and effort went into making the whole production work.
I was especially interested in the main characters, imagining how much practice they went through to land those roles.

How many of us are willing to put in the necessary effort to achieve our dreams?
Instead of just saying you will do something, just go out and get started, right where you are.
Remember the steps you take can be small.

Until next time....

Mindpower

Here is your quote for the week:
"Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve."
-Napoleon Hill

My opinion:
This is perhaps Hill's most famous quote and is found in "Think and Grow Rich".
Hill was letting us know how powerful our mind is. I have had many people ask me about handling life's daily struggles. We all experience them. The question I would like to ask you is how much do you focus on the struggles?

Hill's quote is a double-edged sword. If you conceive and believe in all these negative things, you can achieve them....but if you conceive and believe in a big goal you can also achieve that.
Now you may have noticed he used the words "can achieve" and not "will achieve" and the reason for that is action steps/persistence but that is a discussion for another time.

I would like all of you to stop and start to take notice of the thoughts constantly circulating in your mind.

Until next time.....

Oppurtunity

Another great quote:
“What is opportunity, and when does it knock? It never knocks. You can wait a whole lifetime, listening, hoping, and you will hear no knocking. None at all. You are opportunity, and you must knock on the door leading to your destiny. You prepare yourself to recognize opportunity, to pursue and seize opportunity as you develop the strength of your personality, and build a self-image with which you are able to live / with your self-respect alive and growing.”
-Dr. Maxwell Maltz

My opinion:
If you have not read Dr. Maxwell Maltz's book Psycho-Cybernetics I strongly recommend you do so.
Most people will sit around waiting for some great thing to come and find them instead of creating the opportunities to live the life that they want.
How can you do this?
One thing you need to look at is your self image. What do you believe about yourself? Another famous saying by Dr. Maltz was that "You will never outperform your own self image.".
To relate that to you financially: This means if you believe you are worth $30,000, you will never make more than $30,000. You will always hover around that amount.
I encourage all of you to take a long look at what you believe about yourself.

Until next time....

Belief

Here is an awesome quote:
“Believe and act as if it were impossible to fail.”
-Charles Kettering

My opinion:
That is a very powerful quote.
Now you may be sitting there thinking that is crazy, how can you act like it is impossible to fail?
I mean everything that we do has some amount of risk and one of them is failure, correct?
Of course there is risk but what Charles Kettering is telling us, is to focus on the belief that you will succeed.

Here is something to think about:
What if you really did believe it was impossible to fail.......Would you be doing what you are doing now?

Until next time.....

Intuition

Here is your quote that I wanted to share:
"Intuition will tell the thinking mind where to look next."
-Jonas Salk

My thoughts:
I love this quote. We so often get a hunch, an inspiration, or a new idea about what to do next and we ask "Really?" or "Is this what I should do?".

I will tell you two things that I have learned:
1. If you ever get an idea, you can do it. I don't care how crazy it is. You can do it. There is a reason you received the idea.
2. When you get an inspiration or hunch, instead of asking yourself "Is this right or wrong?", or "Should I do this or Shouldn't I...?". Ask yourself if I act on this idea will it move me towards my goal, and if the answer is yes....DO IT.

By the way, Intuition is one of our six intellectual faculties. These faculties help us control our emotions instead of riding along on an emotional roller coaster.

Until next time....

Awareness

How aware are you of your thoughts? Do you just go through the day like a robot? Or do you recognize what you are actually thinking about every day?

I think for so many of us we just wander around the day fairly aimlessly. We wake up, brush our teeth, maybe eat some breakfast, go to work, work, go home, eat dinner, watch TV, go to bed, and repeat the process. What's interesting about all of this is we often expect something to change yet, if we keep doing the same things day in and day out how can we expect change?

The first step to breaking this monotony is setting a goal. Decide what you want your future to be. After you choose your goal start being consciously aware of what thoughts are running through your head. Stay focused on the positive ones. When you do catch yourself being negative try switching your perception.

Here is an example:

Imagine, you are driving to work minding your own business when someone cuts you off. Instead of complaining about that person (because once you start you will notice every other driver starting to annoy you). Tell yourself maybe he has an emergency and he's headed to the hospital. You may think this sounds funny but if you tell this to yourself enough times you will eventually start to limit your complaining.

Until Next Time......

Obstacles

Here is a great quote:
"The mere fact that you have obstacles to overcome is in your favor... "
-Robert Collier

My opinion:
Someone asked me the other day, "If there was one thing you could change about your life, what would it be?".
My answer: "Nothing".
I believe that all of the obstacles I have faced up until this point have made me who I am today and have prepared me for who I am becoming.
So the next time you are faced with an obstacle or something doesn't go right instead of saying "why me", see what you can learn from the experience.

-Until next time....

Workout Updates

I realized I haven't posted any workout updates recently.
I finished my diet (cut) the end of July. I lost around 15lbs in a little under 8 weeks.
I started bulking again in early August. I started around 218lbs and I am looking to go up to 240lbs. So far my progress has been slow, I am sitting at 225lbs right now. It's all about calories and I am not taking in enough of them. I am rectifying the situation now.

I plan on continuing this bulk until April of next year and after that diet (cut) back down again.
I have had some terrific workouts over the past few weeks. It's nice actually going to the gym and having energy.
Here are some of my lifting goals:
Deadlift: 550x1 (495 is my current max)
Flat Barbell Bench Press: 335x1 (I've done 315 for half a rep)
Squat: 365x1 (I've done 315 all the way to the ground, 335 to parallel)

Until next time....

Imagination Part 2

Here is a great quote:
You see things; and you say, "Why?" But I dream things that never were; and I say, "Why not?"
-George Bernard Shaw

My thoughts:
Imagine a world where nobody looked around and said "Why not?". It would be a pretty depressing place. We would not have computers, airplanes, lights, internet, etc.... So many of us tend to focus on what we don't want, we all need to start imagining what we do want.
Here is my suggestion: Instead of looking at all the problems that surround a task or goal; Imagine the end, the completion. This will put you in a completely different mindset. You will move from seeing problems to seeing solutions.

Until next time....

Indecision

"Each indecision brings its own delays and days are lost lamenting over lost days... What you can do or think you can do, begin it. For boldness has magic, power, and genius in it."
-Goethe

My opinion:
There really is tremendous power in deciding to do something. The most successful people in the world develop a habit of making decisions and they don't ask for everyone's opinion. Believe in your own abilities.
Oftentimes, we look at all the obstacles that stand in our way but look at what Goethe is saying, what you can do...begin it. It doesn't have to be this huge leap, it can be one small step. Decide.

Until next time....

Change

Here is a quote I wanted to share:
"Change is the essence of life. Be willing to surrender what you are for what you could become."
-Author Unknown

My take:
I have heard a lot of people say that they don't want to change, they just want to remain comfortable. Sure they don't want to go backward but they don't want to put in the effort to go forward. This is an illusion. The idea that you can simply stay in one place and never change. You are either growing or you are disintegrating.
What do I mean by this?
Well suppose you are the same person as you were three years ago. Same job, same income, same education, same arguments with wife/husband or girlfriend/boyfriend, everything is the same. It would appear that you haven't lost anything nor have you gained anything. But you did lose something.
You have lost time and time is something you will never get back.

If you have some idea that you would like to start, stop waiting around for the circumstances to be perfect. Go and get started. Change.

Until next time......

Perception

Perception is one of our intellectual faculties. Our perception is how we see a situation. It's our viewpoint and we all have a unique view of the world. You know it was Emerson who said "People only see what they are prepared to see". I think that is very true.

I'll give you a quick example. Imagine that you are sitting in front of me and I am holding a piece of paper. The front side of the paper has writing on it and the back side is blank. I show you the front side of the paper and ask "Is there anything on the paper." Of course you would reply yes. I would say there is not. You would insist that there is something on the paper. Then I turn over the paper and show you the back side and ask the same question again. You would then say there is nothing on the paper.

Oftentimes in life we are looking at the same situation from different sides of the paper. Perception causes many disagreements because we always think we are right and the other person in wrong. A shift in perception will produce a shift in the way you see life.

Remember this, you can view an obstacle negatively as something that will stop you or you can view that same obstacle as a time to grow.

Until next time.....

Fear

What keeps holding us back from doing what we truly want to do, what keeps preventing us from what we truly want to become? Well besides the fact that we don't believe in ourselves it is also fear. The two main fears we face are fear of failure and fear of criticism.

So often, we don't go after what we want because we don't actually believe we are capable of attaining it. Instead of even trying we just give up, "What's the use?" we usually say to ourselves.
Another thing we love to do, is go around and get everyone's opinions about things that we want to be, do or have. The funny thing is usually the person you are talking to has no experience regarding the advice you are seeking.

I want you to really sit down and think about "What do I want to do?", "What do I want to be?", "What do I want to have?". I mean really give those questions some thought and write down your answers. When you are finished don't go running around asking everyone their opinions, instead start off in the direction of your dreams.

Until next time......

Happiness

The following thoughts on Unhappiness and Happiness are taken from the book "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind" by Dr. Joesph Murphy.

Many people choose unhappiness without realizing it. For example many of us choose thoughts such as:
-Today is a bad day, everything is going to go wrong.
-I am not going to succeed.
-Everyone is against me.
-Business is bad and it will only get worse.
-I am always late.
-I never get the breaks.
-He can do it, but I can't.

Realize that the world you live in is determined by what goes on in your mind. Marcus Aurelius, the great Roman philosopher, said, "A man's life is what his thoughts make of it".

So how can you get out of these habits of thinking negative thoughts?
Here is a suggestion:
When you wake up, say to yourself, "I chose happiness today. I choose success today. I choose right action today. I choose love and goodwill for all today. I choose peace today." Pur life, love, and interest into this affirmation, and you have chosen happiness.

Give thanks for all you have several times a day. Furthermore, ask for peace, happiness, and prosperity of the members of your family, your associates, and all people everywhere.

Lastly, you must sincerely desire to be happy.

-Dr. Joesph Murphy

Sound to good to be true? Try it out for two weeks and see how you feel.

Updates

So I finished my DOD contracting job on May 29th. My wife and I have started our business called "One Amazing Life". We managed to find an office, which by the way everyone told us would be impossible to do with what we were looking for. Well we found exactly what we wanted and at the price we wanted it for. We also found a new place to live which was also exactly what we were looking for.

Workouts have been going well. I am a week into my cutting diet and I've lost around 4lbs. I think this is a bit too much weight to lose in a week so I will play with my calories a bit.

Failure

What exactly is failure? Many people would say it's a defeat, or that your done. You know when Edison was in the process of inventing the incandescent bulb, he failed thousands of times. Later a reporter asked Edison how he carried on even though he failed so many times. Edison was confused by the reporter's question. He thought for a minute and said "What do you mean failed?", "I just found thousands of ways not to make a light bulb."

You see we never really fail until we decide to give up. So failure is ultimately a decision, it is not someting caused by outside circumstances. I am not suggesting that you will never meet with temporary setbacks but it is up to you to decide whether or not you will keep pressing forward or give up. So keep striving and reaching for your goals.....

I'll leave you with a quote from Confucius:
"Our greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising every time we fail."

Until next time......

Workouts

Well I have been getting back into my normal weight lifting routine over the past two weeks. Everything has been going very well but next week I will be bumping up the intensity. I will begin cutting (dieting down) starting around the middle of May. That should be a new challenge as I will be focusing on losing weight but keeping muscle mass. I currently consume around 4200-4600 calories a day to gain about .5lb-1lb a week. During the cutting phase I will cut back at first to a max of 4000 calories a day and take it from there. After a couple weeks into it I may carb cycle as well which is when you eat a couple days in a row of low carbs and one day eat a normal amount.

I'll leave you with a quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson:

"Every Artist was first an amateur."

Something to think about but more on that next time.....

Dreams

We all have dreams don't we? Or maybe more appropriately we all once had dreams. I am not talking about the dreams you have at night, I am talking those dreams you used to have about your future. Maybe when you were a kid you used to dream of being an astronaut, or a movie star, or maybe being a great athlete. What happened?

Well for many of us people told us that our dreams weren't very realistic. Instead, they said, why don't you focus on school work or getting a "real" job. The people that told us this had good intentions, they were our parents, our educators and our friends. They didn't want to see us get hurt.

Then there are those people that had someone coach them along telling them they could have whatever they wanted, to keep at it and don't give up. While these people may have met with obstacles they never did give up and they went on to become some of the most successful people in their respective fields. People like Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Andrew Carnegie, Thomas Edison, Larry Page and Sergey Brin.

If you have a dream I strongly encourage you to pursue it, never lose sight of it and don't let other people steal it from you by telling you that you can't do it.

Until next time.....

Catching Up

Well I went back to the United States for 15 days and just came back. I hadn't been back in a little over four years so it was good to see my family and friends again. My wife and I finished up our LifeSuccess consultant training. Actually that was the first phase of training, we now move on to a more advanced one year training curriculum.

Self development is a life long process and we have committed ourselves to it. I only managed to do one real workout over the last three weeks. I am currently overcoming a fairly severe sinus infection. I plan on doing an easy Chest workout on Saturday and my first week of workouts will be light.

Until next time.....

Dips: 7 reps with an added 70lbs.
Incline DB Bench Press: 90lb DB'sx4
Barbell Row: 345x2

Persistence has definately paid off but more on that later.

Imagination

I would like to talk a little about our intellectual faculty (I will discuss all of our intellectual faculties in detail later) of imagination.  Imagination is our ability to conceive and envision something. I want to share with you two powerful quotes regarding imagination:

1. "Our imagination is the only limit to what we can hope to have in the future" - Charles Kettering, Inventor and holder of over 300 patents.
2. "Imagination is more important than knowledge" - Albert Einstein

You see many people imagine the worst case scenario about anything. For example, lets say someone has worked in their job at the factory for the past twenty years and one day he/she hears that the factory may close. What usually happens? Most people start imagining all the bad things that will happen - How will I afford my house, food, car, kids college etc...? What if he/she  instead imagined themselves, lets say, starting a business they have always wanted?

Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, said that with every seemingly bad situation comes a seed of oppurtunity. You may say well what does he know? Well, during the Great Depression, Hill lost all of his money and had to start over again. He was in his late forties at the time. He perservered and became even more successful.

I would suggest to all of you that you begin imagining the life you want. Whatever it is that you want, imagine yourself as if you have already attained it. Stop letting your current results control your future.

Until next time......

Workouts

I had really great Shoulder, Arm and Leg workouts the past few days. I did 515x2 on Barbell Shrugs so that was a new record for me. My workout schedule is as follows:

Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day3: Shoulders
Day 4: Arms
Day 5: Legs

There are almost always two off days thrown in there somewhere. I usually don't work out more than three days in a row without an off day.

I have basically been on a bulk for a long time. Currently I am 6' tall and weigh around 232lbs. Ten years ago I was a horrifically thin 133lbs.  My goal is to hit 240 by early May and then begin cutting. I am the type of person who has a hard time gaining weight but an easy time losing it so I'll be careful during the cut.

Until next time....

Back Workout

Here is my Back workout from today. It was my first time to pull 495lbs for deadlifts. I had failed at it twice before, once in December and once earlier in Febuary. Next short term goal for deads is 515.

Who am I?

Here is the very short version of who I am. I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. I joined the Army when I was 18 and served for five years. At 23 I left the Army and became a defense contractor and now at 28 I am preparing to leave my current stable job and, along with my wife, start my own business.

My wife and I are both about to finish our training and become certified consultants with a company called LifeSuccess. We will be helping people find their purpose in life and help them in acheiving whatever goals they set for themselves. As I said, I will  open a gym here next year so I will be able to also directly help people attain their physical goals.

Am I perfect? Hardly. The key is to learn from your mistakes and move on, don't sit around dwelling on them. I think one of the best definitions of success that I have heard comes from Earl Nightingale - "Success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal or ideal." So what that means is you never reach a point and say "I am now a success, I am done." You should keep growing and if you do reach your goal set bigger ones.

Until next time......

Purpose

Do you know what your purpose in life is? Sadly many people do not. I read a study recently that said about 90% of people have no clear cut goals for their life. No wonder why most people don't make it, they have nothing to shoot for. I would highly recommend all of you to write down your goals and review them at least twice a day.

Napoleon Hill talks about purpose in his amazing book "Think and Grow Rich". He expalins how important it is to have "definiteness of purpose".  Many people have hopes or wishes but not a definite purpose.

Here is an easy monetary example to understand:
Someone says to me I want more money.
I hand them a dollar.
They say that is not what I mean.
Well what do you mean?

The person in that example is merely wishing for more money. A definite purpose would be I want to earn $1,000,000 in five years (or 10, 100 etc...)

So what is my purpose? My main purpose is to help others find what they truly want in life. I also will be opening a health club here in Seoul next year....more on that later.

Until next time.....
